needle I struggle with alot of nightmares often,,, they manifest into my biggest fears & play out in my dreams when im supposed to be resting,, often times i'll wake up & cry & break my head on what it could mean,,but i must remember it is only a dream & it cannot harm me in the physical realm,, it is important to ease your heart despite it being difficult- especially when they seem so real,,

flutter What to do after a bad dream,,

flutter Always rememeber it was just a bad dream,, Ground yourself back in reality by realizing you are safe and unharmed,,nothing can hurt you,,

flutter Take slow and deep breaths,,tell yourself you're okay,

flutter Read a book,,,,[My favorites are fairytales,,]

flutter Watch a comfort show or movie

flutter Have some tea,,

flutter Hug a stuffed animal,,

flutter Sleep with a night-light on if needed,,

flutter Journal,,

flutter Have a sweet treat,,
