♡ This is a pilates routine iv made for myself,,, mostly due to the fact that i get very littl physical activity in,,, its very bad,, im like a little indoor cat moving from 1 furniture to the other ♡ I will keep this routine here for myself so i can go back on it daily,, oo also iv made my own personal stretching routine aswell (its a mix of stretches/yoga/pilates all together) ♡ just a thing for me to do aswell,,
